Whether you are an instructor, manage your own small shop wanting to do installs or a head mechanic of a large fleet, we provide you the tools, information and supplies you need to hit the ground running! Our class is designed to give you the hands on familiarity, knowledge and confidence to successfully install CNG systems on your own.

This course offers the latest most current information and is nationally recognized, providing you (and your students) the highest level of certification.

The first part of class you will learn inspection of high pressure cylinders, Cylinder parts, Materials, Methods of construction, valves, PRD's, Strengths and weakness , Cylinder Defueling, When and why procedures & safety practices. You will also learn about hazards, storage and other fuel system components of CNG vehicles.

The second half of the course is hands-on. You will see, touch and feel the conversion kit systems and tanks. Understand various kit types such as aspirated / sequential port injection. Study high pressure lines and learn kit installation from start to finish. We illustrate tricks of the trade and tools needed. This improved, expanded program will surpass your highest level of expectations, while following the strict codes of International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
